The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) for special education is an advisory committee to the Humboldt Del Norte Superintendent Special Education Policy Council (SSEPC). The CAC encourages community involvement through parents and community agencies to affect the development, implementation, and review of the services and systems affecting students with disabilities.
