The purpose of the Superintendents’ Special Education Policy Council (SSEPC) is to serve as the fiscal and policy authorizing body for the Humboldt – Del Norte Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA). The Council reviews and adopts SELPA policies, procedures, regulations and agreements related to Special Education.
The SSEPC meets four to six times a year at the Humboldt County Office of Education, 901 Myrtle Avenue, Eureka, Annex Board Room 9:00 – 11:00 AM.
